You control how Bromoney contacts you and how your information is shared. Use this page to submit an opt-out request or review the communication settings applicable to your account.

What You Can Opt Out Of

  • Marketing emails and SMS — promotional campaigns, newsletters, product updates.
  • Data sharing with partner lenders — stop new introductions. In-flight requests remain with the lender that received them.
  • Sale or sharing of personal information (CCPA) — residents of California and other applicable states.

How to Submit a Request

There are three ways to opt out:

  1. Self-service form — visit the opt-out form linked in any marketing email, or contact us directly.
  2. Email — send a request to [email protected] from the email address on file. Include your full name and the scope of the opt-out (marketing / data sharing / all).
  3. Mail — mail a signed written request to our mailing address listed in the Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days of receiving a valid request. Some third-party systems (for example, partner lenders who already received your inquiry) may have separate opt-out procedures — we provide contact details for each lender on the introduction confirmation email.

What Opting Out Does Not Do

Opting out of marketing does not affect:

  • Transactional communications about an active loan application you submitted.
  • Legally required notices (e.g. privacy policy updates, state disclosures).
  • Fraud-prevention or identity-verification communications.

Authorized Agent Requests

If you use an authorized agent, we will require:

  1. Written authorization signed by you.
  2. Verification of the agent's identity.
  3. Direct confirmation from you, when practical.
