@carl Do not let Citibank make a fool of you like they did with me. They took my money and limited my credit limit to $2000 dollars for the first 60 days even though they had assured me I will have access to the full amount I deposited ($7500). I told them that this is not mentioned in the application or the website or even the tiny print of the terms and conditions, they told me to go screw myself and that they won't fix this. They are the worst financial institution and have the least competent employees. Everyone I know have had problems with Citibank.

I also was denied an account with these jerks.Although they claim to have a higher standard for their customers to adhere to they perform to the lowest
possible standard for a so-called bank.They are a sham of a bank and deserve to go out of existence soon.

Just my opinion. I feel Chase is trying to weed out all of the wamu customers that really don’t have a lot of money in their bank.
I tried to disput a charge on my checking account, they said I have to wait 30 days to try to get my money back. Wamu never did it that way, I disputed and they took action right then and there. I felt Chase had more concer for the other person, rather there own customer

i also paid on time all the time at7.99% was a good and easy way to pay
they changed my interest for no reason and it kept going up and up, all the phonecalls i made did not help,then it was closed for no reason
they devidet the money i owed in to 2 purchases 16.99% and cash advances 24.99
which was used to pay higher intrest creditcards at the beginning, very little of the payment goes to the amount i owe.as a very small businessowner
its hard to run a business without a creditcard and c.o.d.costs extra .all of the creditcard companies did that but advanta was the worst, im very angry and i hope somehow they get paid back with what they have done to so
many of us
with them
