It’s offering a 3.05% APY on balances below $25,000, 0.5% on balances between $25,000 to $100,000, and 0.25% on balances over $100,000 (if you have over $100,000 in your checking account you’ve got other problems). If you don’t meet their minimum requirements the rate drops to 0.10% APY.

Here are the monthly requirements needed to get the interest rate: 12 debit card purchases with signatures, 1 direct deposit, log on to online banking at least once, and receive e-statements. Pretty easy task for anyone that uses their debit card and has direct deposit. The minimum deposit on the account is just $50
