Melrose Credit Union 2.22% APY 1 Year CD

Melrose Credit Union is offering a 2.22% APY 1 year CD which is lower than it’s previous rate of 2.27%, but remains competitive. Click here to visit their site.

They’re also offering a 2.47% APY 2 year certificate of deposit, a 2.98% 3 year CD, a 3.34% 4 year CD, and a 3.80% 5 year CD. The rate’s on the CDs don’t lock until they receive the funds unfortunately. The minimum deposit on the account is $5,000. This rate is also available as an IRA CD rate with a minimum deposit of $4,000.

The credit union is available for anyone to join and requires a $1 fee and at least $25 in their share high interest savings account.

Melrose Credit Union has a very strong four out of five star soundness rating from bankrate and is federally insured by the NCUA.

    Our past experience was that they needed an original application. So folks mailed it in with the check. However, as I recall, they wouldn’t guarantee the rate until they had the package in the mail.
