Collin Bank is offering a 2.27% APY 6 month CD, a 2.58% APY 1 year certificate of deposit, and a 2.73% APY 2 year CD. The minimum deposit is $1,000 and accounts that are $100,000 or higher get a 0.10% boost in rates. These rates are also available as some of the best IRA CD rates.

A branch visit is required to open account and they only have one branch in Frisco, Texas which is close to Dallas.
