American First National Bank is offering a promotional 2.64% APY CD for 6-12 months with a minimum deposit of $1,500. They’re also offering jumbo CD rates of 2.75% APY for the same terms with a minimum deposit of $100,000. This Deal has Expired.

If you’re looking for IRA CD rates they have a smoking hot deal on those. They’re offering a 3.5% APY IRA for either 12 or 18 months.

American First National Bank is also offering a VIP Savings Account that’s yielding 3.25% APY with a minimum deposit of $10,000. One fairly big drawback to the account is they only allow you to withdraw 6 times per quarter. That’s only 2 times per month.

You must open an account at one of their branches which means you’ll have to be in the Houston or Dallas, Texas area.
