Lockheed Federal Credit Union Free $150 Checking Account Bonus

Lockheed Federal Credit Union is offering a free $150 bonus when you open a new checking account with them. The bonus is rolled out in installments for certain tasks. You get $50 for opening the checking account with at least $250, $50 for signing up for direct deposit with at least $100 deposits, and $50 when you use their bill pay system to pay 3 bills online.

There’s a limit of one bonus per household and current checking customers can’t participate in the promotion. The direct deposits and bill payments must be completed in the first 60 days to receive the bonus and you must make a branch visit to open this account. Branches of Lockheed Federal Credit Union are located in California and New Hampshire.

Any of their checking accounts apply for the promotion but their Advantage Checking is the easiest account to clear the bonus with. To avoid the monthly service charge just sign up for e-statements. There’s also no hard credit pull when you open an account which is a nice plus.

Lockheed Federal Credit Union membership is open to members of Achievers Club which anyone can join for a $5 fee. You also need a $5 balance in their share savings account.

Lockheed FCU is federally insured by the NCUA.
